Help: All About Visit Diary

Viewing Visit Diaries

There are two ways to view your visit diary entries: week view and individual visit diary entry. Week view is the default, the one you will get if you click "Visit Diary" in the left hand menu. It automatically provides all of the current calendar week's visit diary entries. This allows you to quickly see which appointments you have filled out an entry for. Individual view provides all details related to the visit. You can view an individual visit diary entry by clicking on any visit diary that appears in the week view. The individual visit diary entry view provides all pertinent details of a visit and excludes anything you did not fill in.

Additionally, the week view provides a text field/calendar for navigating to other date ranges. You can either type a date (conforming to a "YYYY-MM-DD" format) or click on the calendar icon to the right of the date box and select the desired target date with your mouse.

Adding/Editing A Visit Diary Entry

A visit diary entry represents all the details pertaining to how a pet sitting appointment went.
